不少人從公司退休離職後，仍想持續累積勞保年資，因此到親朋好友的公司寄保，或選擇加保職業工會，但達人提醒，前者一定要有薪資轉帳紀錄，並登載在員工名冊中，否則易被視為無效加保；後者則須留意，包括積欠工會會費、投保薪資一口氣調太高，或調高薪資後立即請領職災或失能給付，3種情況都很容易被勞保局盯上，查核屬實就會逕予退保，且年資自始無效，已繳保費也被沒收吃大虧。
勞保達人張秘書在《勞工朋友的秘書~張秘書》頻道分享，若勞工已離職或辦理退休者，但還沒請領勞保，是不得再轉往其他公司寄保，到朋友公司寄保，雖然自繳保費，但衍生出的問題很大，一旦被勞保局發現，不僅年資歸零、保費充公，讓你寄保的公司也會被連坐處罰。
張秘書建議，不管你是兼職、打工或是當顧問都好，重點是一定要有薪資轉帳的紀錄，員工名冊也要有你的名字，否則很容易被認定是無效加保。
