三立都會台每週三晚上10點播出的外景旅遊節目《天后出發吧》本週嘉賓是利菁的表姊葉璦菱，很少上節目的她竟然為了利菁跑到馬六甲出外景，兩人在馬六甲吉里望休閒沙灘追逐嬉戲，一起騎沙灘摩托車，葉璦菱被利菁虧膽子小，只見利菁夠狠一路追喊還撞她，葉璦菱表示以前都是為了工作，這次在馬六甲是真的玩到吃到，觀眾也可以看到兩人在海灘飆車的畫面，完全像回到年輕時候。

葉璦菱這次拍攝回來看到前兩集播出後，一直抱怨為何方芳芳吃日本料理，她就要開沙灘車，在日正當中的時候曬了快兩個小時，忍不住大罵利菁「缺德」，她說：「感到自己局部都要黑了，臉也顯示出色差，還花了好多錢保養美白。」

在去目的地的路程中，利菁不斷獻寶，掏出鼻包中喝的用的保養品，在姊姊面前也表現出購物天后的一面。而兩人這一趟也去了當地小吃，最搞笑是兩人吃當地吃最後歡迎的小吃，利菁說沒帶錢，店家看是明星就說free，利菁硬要追到跑給對方一個kiss，因為絕對不行白吃。
大家才發現葉璦菱竟然是椰子控，當地只要是有椰子的美食她全都愛，這趟拍攝也完全不顧身材，還一直內疚的笑說：「我在台灣是不會這樣吃甜食的。」而愛唱歌的葉璦菱這次在夜市中與街頭藝人一起演唱「我心已打烊」，對方只知道小時候聽媽媽唱過，但不知道跟他合唱的竟是葉璦菱本尊，還忙著跟她要小費。
