面對網紅發文要求「限期」公布涉武統言論陸配的相關處置結果公開說法，否則發起遊行抗議，移民署今（19）日說，陸配「恩綺」及「小微」等個案都在積極調查中，將適時說明。

網紅八炯近中午時在社群網站Threads上發文表示，「移民署下週五（28日）前不給其他舔共陸配相關處置結果的公開說法，我要來發起集會遊行抗議了」。

由於「亞亞在台灣」劉姓陸配因拍攝影片公然鼓吹武統言論，經移民署依法廢止依親居留許可、管制5年不得再申請依親居留及要求限期離境，引發社會高度關注。
移民署下午透過新聞稿強調尊重言論自由，但特定人士主張以武力消滅台灣主權的言論，已涉及違法，將依法嚴辦。
據了解，劉女目前人仍在台灣，還在進行相關離境準備。
移民署提到，針對目前掌握的陸配「恩綺」及「小微」等個案，均已積極調查中，並會同相關機關進行處置，將適時向社會大眾說明結果。
移民署說明，台灣是民主法治國家，行政機關依法作成處分前，需要蒐集及研析完整事證，並依法通知當事人陳述意見，以完備相關行政程序，各項作業均依法規持續進行，但調查中個案不便透露細節，感謝國人共同關切國家安全議題。
另外，針對近期網路言論影射移民署未積極查處相關案件，與事實不符，移民署嚴正駁斥，並重申國家安全及社會安定立場。
