今年美國時間十月十日，位於美國加州的華納兄弟電影製片廠，在眾人一陣歡呼聲中，載著馬斯克的Robotaxi概念車─Cybercab正緩緩駛向會場，為整場活動拉開序幕，不久後另一台容納二○人的Robovan無人駕駛巴士登場，充滿科技感的外型是接下來的重頭戲，這輛巴士用途不僅限於大眾運輸，還可以應用在物流車，擔任各式貨物的配送工作，馬斯克欲藉由這次發表會，一步步實現他多年前對於自動駕駛、共享移動的願景 。
除了純自駕概念車的推出，特斯拉還展示了最新第二代的Optimus人形機器人，這款服務型機器人展現出令人驚艷的人際互動能力，包括對話、打招呼、倒飲料、甚至還能玩猜拳遊戲，馬斯克稱Optimus未來的售價將比汽車更低，大規模量產後可低至二至三萬美元。
