台股重挫，公股股評估，雖短線跌幅較深，但多是漲多之後的回檔修正，22日收在22,256.99點，短線先看季線22,139點附近能否支撐，若跌破，將測試22,000點整數關卡，目前的操作策略仍是維持「愈跌愈買」。

公股銀指出，台股由於電子、金融、傳產等主要權值幾乎全面重挫，加權指數持續下探尋求支撐，直逼季線關卡，整體格局受制於上檔重重反壓，趨勢不利多方，行情須謹慎應對，在財報陸續開出之際，暫待績優個股引領跌深反彈表現。
公股銀強調，拜登退選消息傳聞已久，現在雖拜登退選，但依民調預估，川普當選機率還是遠高於賀錦麗，觀察川普於18日共和黨代表大會主張其極端的移民與關稅政策，將衝擊全球生產成本，增添全球經濟成長與通膨的不確定性，「美國製造」且「台海穩定」等二大議題重擊科技類股展望，造成股市大幅修正與震盪風險。
不過，AI發展方興未艾，台廠居供應鏈重要地位，將維持投資主軸為半導體產業與AI的長線趨勢，短線雖因漲多面臨回檔修正，將逢低布局具世界級競爭力及經營體質良好且具合理殖利率的優質企業股票。
