去年5月開幕的重慶遠東城，剛開始約85％開業率，超過150家品牌進駐，其中有三成為區域首店或旗艦店，初步估算一旦全館招滿，第一年租金收益估約人民幣5億元（約新台幣25億元上下），也就是今年全年業績勢必要超越25億新台幣才算達標。
