組團抗敵！三星呼籲業界合作推動AI晶片發展
三星電子技術長宋在赫19日，在韓國國際半導體展（SEMICON Korea 2025）上發表演說，強調在AI晶片供應鏈裡的廠商一起合作的重要性，因為這樣才能在研發先進半導體的過程中，克服愈來愈多的挑戰。
他說，為支持AI技術的發展，晶片運算速度必須更快的同時，還得減少耗電量。但是要研發出這樣先進的晶片有難度。過去研發晶片的時間要花1年，現在卻拉長至2年到3年。
雖然他認為晶片業能透過封裝技術，去突破各種技術上的限制，但最重要的還是業者之間的合作，才是推動AI技術進一步發展的關鍵。
