該聯貸案係由台新銀行與台北富邦銀行合作統籌主辦，由台新銀行擔任額度管理銀行、台北富邦銀行擔任文件管理銀行，邀請合作金庫銀行、凱基銀行、彰化銀行、臺灣土地銀行等4家銀行共同主辦，並邀請永豐銀行及第一銀行參貸，共計8家銀行參與，原預計籌組新臺幣25億元之額度，最終獲銀行團積極參與超額認購總額度達到新臺幣42.5億元，最終以新臺幣30億元額度辦理簽約，顯示金融業對於晶豪科技之營運及前景深具信心。
