昨（11）日有臉書粉專發文，指教育部性平會記錄明載「將以拳擊選手林郁婷為例，保障跨性別選手參賽權」。教育部今日澄清，是結論文字過於簡略而導致外界誤解，已下架更正。

教育部今天透過文字澄清，在性別平等教育委員會的會議中，「性別身分資格選手參賽的權益保障措施 - 以拳擊選手林郁婷為例」是報告案，關於選手性別認定及參賽權益的相關議題則為獨立的建議及裁示事項。

教育部提到，當日性平會報告事項是性平會委員關心林郁婷在巴黎奧運期間遭遇的網路霸凌事件，要求體育署報告事件的處理過程及維護選手權益的具體作為，體育署也表示林郁婷在巴黎奧運女子拳擊參賽資格受到國際奧會支持並無問題，性平委員對於體育署與中華奧會的合作表示肯定。

會議資料顯示，性平委員也關注國內賽會（如全中運、全大運）對性別認定及參賽權益的相關議題；會議並建議體育署參考國際奧會的相關政策，制定明確的標準作業程序，投入相應資源支持運動員的性別組別認定與參賽權益保障。

教育部強調，此部分的延伸討論屬於獨立的建議及決議事項，不同於體育署對林郁婷遭遇的事件報告；對於會議紀錄中結論文字過於簡略而導致外界誤解的部分，教育部已立即進行下架更正，將在修正後重新上架。
