房市暢旺，不動產業人人發大財了嗎？根據中華民國統計資訊網資料，全台受僱的不動產經紀人及營業員(含房仲、代銷等，以房仲為大宗)約6.88萬人，創歷史新高，然而，平均薪資卻僅剩5.53萬，年減1505元、降幅3%，創3年新低。

元宏不動產加值服務平台創辦人周昆立表示，即使房市暢旺，但近年投入房市從業人員不斷增加，僧多粥少又競爭激烈，平均收入自然下滑，不可不慎。

他說明，不少人都認為房價上漲，房仲一旦成交，就會賺得更多，事實上，房價上漲，買方意願訪而會降低，況且房市熱絡時，仲介業者會不斷拓店，業務人員也會大量招聘，總公司、店東獲取利益也會增加，但以一線的仲介來說，卻面臨更多的競爭，「個人成交機率」就會下滑，沒大家想像中這麼好賺！

周昆立進一步指出，對於房仲來說，最重要的就是「個人成交」，2022、2023年全國建物買賣移轉棟數明顯下滑，2023年不動產受雇人員6.88萬人創歷史新高，而移轉棟數來到30.7萬棟，創近年低點，僧多粥少，就是造成平均收入下滑的主因。

觀察今年現況，他認為，「目前房價看跌不跌，買氣在『新青安貸』推波助瀾下，隱約又有攀升跡象，投入不動產從業，確實還是有機會賺到錢，但畢竟競爭人數已多，應強化充實自身實力與服務，在大數據時代下，利用『地籍數據』充分掌握最新市況，並進一步磨練網路行銷技巧，才有機會鶴立雞群。Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles.
