獲利11億！國泰人壽出售康利 換股取得忠義保險股權
國泰人壽將美國康利（Conning）資產管理公司100％股權出售給忠意保險集團，以換股方式取得忠義保險16.75％的股權，強強結盟，進一步參與國際市場。國泰金今晚（3日）公告，此案交易金額新台幣227億元，處分獲利達新台幣11億元。
國泰金表示，國泰人壽與全球知名的Generali保險集團達成協議，國泰將透過股權轉換方式，將國壽旗下康利資產管理 (Conning Holdings Limited)及其分支機構，百分百轉換成Generali集團旗下資產管理公司 Generali Investments Holding S.p.A. (GIH) 約16.75％ 的股權。
據國泰金今晚（3日）公告，此案已於去年12／21獲金管會同意，今年2／29也取得經濟部投審司核准，交易總金額約新台幣227億元，處分利益為新台幣11億元。
