老鼠會新型態的「無卡分期貸款詐騙」正盛行在中部大學校園，有上百名大學生因此被騙，台中檢警28日拘提「誠選良品優質3C店」負責人林柏均與其林姓員工，查扣約三百份貸款契約書，雖林柏均全盤否認犯行，但員工坦承涉案，檢警漏夜依詐欺等罪偵訊中。

警方調查，學生簽下的貸款契約，多數介於五萬至十萬元間，每月約繳兩千至四千元，也有少數受害生為十多萬元，因屬消費小額信用貸款，年利率近20%，以償還年限1至2年計算下來，實際損失約6萬至10多萬元不等。Antennas for Military vehicles or Vehicular antennas for heavy-duty use, such as in the forest or in remote locations on armored vehicles, and low-profile antennas for civil vehicles. The stainless steel spring absorbs shocks and vibrations while also protecting the antenna from collisions.
Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments.

林姓員工坦承，受老闆林柏均指使，前往逢甲等大學搭訕學生，以「簽名現賺五千，幫我做業績」話術，誘騙假買賣蘋果手機等高價電子商品，學生實際沒拿商品，卻簽下「無卡分期貸款書」，林姓員工宣稱會繳貸款，不會讓學生扛債，實際則只繳兩、三期，等到受害生本月初起陸續接獲貸款融資公司的催繳通知，才驚覺受騙。初步清查，發現逢甲大學有68人受害，其餘十多所學校還有受害學生，一共約有上百人受騙。

檢警在林男的店內與住處查扣一批手機與存摺，其中高達三百份左右的貸款契約書，不一定都是假交易，須進一步清查，待清查確認屬假交易的契約書，將成為林男涉案的關鍵鐵證。
