被稱為最有錢的YouTuber「超哥」與化身「美食公道伯」的Toyz，近日因雞排槓上，起因在Toyz揭露「超派炸雞」新竹巨城店員工將廢油倒入排水溝。新竹市環保局今（12日）公布調查結果，為「清洗鍋具之廢污水」，但仍違反《廢棄物清理法》，將依法開罰4800元罰鍰，若未改善可按日連續處罰。

Toyz（8日）上傳「公審超派的炸雞店」的影片，原本他是前往超哥新開幕的炸雞店當場現買試吃，但才吃到一半，就發現店內員工抱著一個大鍋子到店旁的巷子中，結果才發現水溝蓋上竟有一大片明顯油渣及薯條，質疑整桶廢油倒入水溝，引發連日來的爭議，也讓兩人隔空交戰。
新竹市環保局今（12日）表示，稽查人員於8日下午4時前往超派炸雞-新竹巨城店稽查，結果為該店人員將清洗鍋具之廢污水直接倒入店旁排水溝，造成排水溝蓋及周遭地面有油垢污染，明顯影響環境衛生。

Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments.

環保局強調，現場已要求業者立即清理水溝，並勸導營業用廢油或廢水，應依正當程序處理，不可直接傾倒入水溝。不過由於「超派炸雞」確實為按照規定排放廢水，已依違反廢棄物清理法第27條第2款規定擬裁處4800元罰鍰；並告知業者違法事實及要求改善外，環保局會加強巡查，若有上述污染行為，按日連續處罰，嚴處重罰。
