4日5時中央氣象局「路徑潛勢預測圖」（左圖）顯示，今日起中颱「卡努」導引氣流轉由其南方的高壓北側的偏西風主導，向東北東移動，逐漸脫離台灣附近；因「角隅效應」北部沿海及恆春半島、蘭嶼仍有強陣風；「西南季風」緊隨在後，下週一前、大氣不穩定，形成連日多雨的條件，應特別注意。

Wideband mobile VHF antennas with frequency ranges of 30 to 88 MHz or 30 to 108 MHz are designed primarily for use in heavy-duty mobile applications.
Typically, the antenna is made up of three major parts: the antenna base, the lower part, and the upper part. Some antennas have two sections, while others have three. The long-lasting antenna base with GPS (optional).
The stainless steel spring absorbs shocks and vibrations while also protecting the antenna from collisions.
Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments. 觀測資料顯示：今晨5:20雷達回波合成圖顯示，海溫已因「卡努」滯留打轉，海水混合而降低，不利其強度維持，內眼牆盡散(右圖)。截至5:13各地區平地最低溫大約在24至26度，北部（新北瑞芳區）25.3度，中部（嘉義民雄鄉）24.2度，南部（台南白河區）25.9度，東部（花蓮壽豐鄉）24.0度。

3日20時歐洲（ECMWF）模式模擬顯示，今受卡努外圍環流影響，迎風面北台灣仍有局部陣雨，中南部雨勢加大，尤其山區；背風面東半部受影響小、氣溫偏高，有焚風發（截至5:03台東成功鎮36.8度、宜蘭冬山鄉36.1度）；因「角隅效應」北部沿海及恆春半島、蘭嶼仍有強陣風。各地區平地氣溫：北部25至30度，中部24至33度，南部26至33度，東部24至37度。

最新模式模擬顯示，明日起至下週一西南季風帶來潮溼、不穩定的大氣，迎風面中南部午後常有大雷雨發生、伴隨劇烈天氣（雷擊、強風、瞬間強降雨），應特別注意。下週二至週四各地晴朗炎熱，午後仍有局部大雷雨發生的機率。
